“We purchased 7 self-guided tickets for our group of 7 ladies and it was one of the main highlights of our trip (first timers). We spent a leisurely 2 hours exploring, watching mini films and getting a full experience and appreciation of country music. The gift shop is fabulous and we purchased our favorite take away there. A+ and a must-see in Nashville! Also….we showed up at 9am when they opened to avoid crowds which was a great decision!”

“There were camera men filming the show that constantly stood in front of the performers so we could not see the show. The venue should have said that it was an obstructed view. I have never in my life had an event where camera men stood directly in front of the performers through an entire show.”

“It was a good experience. Some of the activities didn’t work or it was jammed. No workers walked around to get help if you had questions or to get assistance.”

“Tour needed to start earlier as we were rushed going through Civil museum so we could head to riverboat only to be sitting and waiting there for a half hour before departure. Tour was informative and lunch was good.”

“My tour was good, the bus was comfortable and the guide was informative and nice. The tour length was just long enough and we got to see many different parts of downtown that made it just right.”
